Always address their customer service skills. The same can be said about literally any business or professional. If they fail to offer excellent customer service, you may want to take your business elsewhere. There are generally many competitors to choose from in this day and age. When all is said and done, if they cannot provide you with the organization specialists, volunteer program participants, non-profit groups, fund raising resources, counselor service and local community grants you’re currently seeking, then you should continue to look for a different organization that can. On a final note, be sure to recognize all general fees that may apply. This can have an impact on the fund raising counselors and organizations you choose in the end.
